It was such a wonderful experience to attend the eighth-annual awards ceremony for Best of South Sound category winners hosted by The Thurston County Chamber and The Olympian this morning. They had over 500 people in attendance and so many great people representing excellent businesses that provide such important products and services to this community.

The Tuned In Academy was awarded Best Music Instruction! It honestly was an honor just to be nominated, but it is affirming to us to be voted best in the category of instruction since that is central to our mission, to train students of all ages to create music with excellence and to see its greatest value not in the music itself, but in how it can serve others. Teaching and training students of all ages to make beautiful music is what we are here to do, and we are so thankful to our staff of teachers and admin that all play such a key role in making that possible. And thank you to our students and TIA family that voted!
