“Sean-David was a serious student while in High School and was involved heavily in his own music practice and study. After graduation, he returned from college several times during each school year and stopped by the band room to help and encourage younger players, sharing insights that he had learned at school and demonstrating / modeling traditional and contemporary jazz performance techniques. More importantly, Sean-David is a man of high personal integrity and character. He is constantly seeking ways to improve the lives of others around him and has dedicated his life to that end. In him I see a really strong work ethic, a strong commitment to his family, and a joy in teaching and helping others to succeed.
