Our admin staff at TIA are here to help you! Both of our hardworking admin staff have other responsibilities outside of TIA and are not at the studio every day, but if you have questions about billing or other administrative needs on your account, please contact Stacy any time via phone or email and she will get back to you as soon as she can. Stacy also handles invoices and billing. If you are not receiving invoices, first please check your spam and trash folders, but then, please, contact Stacy at stacy@thetunedinacademy.org so she can get you squared away.

Amy is often in on Tuesdays, and often also in on Fridays. The office is in the basement of the studio, feel free to stop in during those times if you are in the area and would like to say hi to them or chat in person, but the best and first point of contact for account issues or concerns should be Stacy.
