Sean-David began teaching privately nearly fifteen years ago after graduating from Berklee College of Music. SD teaches what you want to know in a relatable and easy to understand way. As a musician, SD spent years struggling with what it meant to want his own musical voice (and not to sound like someone else). Whether you are looking to begin the journey of learing piano or you have been at it for years, SD would love to help you find your way!
If you want technical skills and preparation, SD can help you. Sean-David knows what is required of musicians for entrance into premier music opportunities. He has exceeded the necessary standards of entrance to the US Army Bands, Berklee College of Music, and even musical theater positions.
SD has been teaching piano and keyboard for over 15 years and has vast experience playing piano and keyboard as a musician, composer, and accompanist for students, and sacred music/church settings. He also has a passion for music theory and loves finding ways to make theory, chord scales, and song form easier to understand. If that sort of thing has always boggled or frustrated you, but you know it is important and want to learn, give SD a call.
Sean-David is currently accepting students with limited early and late afternoon openings.
