Sign up now for VocalElite (Show Choir)! This fall at The Tuned In Academy! VocalElite will work on developing high impact vocals on at least four song selections each season, two pop songs, one musical theatre, and one ballad. VocalElite will present their high impact vocals at local events throughout the area and have team bonding events, extra rehearsals as needed, community involvement, and more! TIA’s show choir VocalElite will be under the direction of our highly capable, super fun, and accomplished student educator Angelia, and meet Friday nights 6pm-7:30pm.

Welcome Gabriella Smith!

Welcome Gabriella Smith to the TIA family! Gabriella will be teaching children’s music, and potentially beginning voice and piano eventually as well in the AM hours at the Olympia site. She’s super fun, bright, talented, and a recent graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a BA in Commercial Music – Music Business. Stay tuned! We will be enrolling soon for fall classes and likely private lessons as well!

Welcome Eric Sanchez to the Team!

Eric Sanchez, Associate Faculty of Vocal Music has recorded 1 album and multiple singles. He is diverse in multiple genres but has a passion for Hip Hop, R&B and Latin music. He also currently serves as a Worship Leader and pastoral elder for the worship team at Life Center Spanish Church in Tacoma, WA. Most importantly, Eric is a complete fit with TIA mission and values and we are excited to have him on the team! Eric will be booking soon for private lessons in rap, hip-hop, Latin music, and male vocals.

Call us crazy, but we believe that part of being a non-profit with a primary mission of serving the community means making our services affordable and available. You will find our tuition rates to be in fact generally $20-40 less than that of other options in town with qualified (or less than qualified) faculty. And with TIA, you are supporting a local 501(c)(3) non-profit.
