Summer Stringalong and Beginning Strings

JulieJulie holds a bachelor’s degree in violin performance from Pensacola Christian College and has been teaching strings since 1999. She has served as the director of the Strings Philharmonic, Capital Area Youth Symphony Association, and the Orchestra teacher at NOVA school. She has been teaching privately since 2001 and is the Assistant principal 2nd violin, Olympia Symphony Orchestra. She is also the Principal Viola player for the South Puget Sound Orchestra, and an active member of a professional string quartet.

Most importantly of course, she shares in our mission and values. And we are excited to welcome her to the team. Julie is committed to enthusiastically instructing students in the fine technique of string playing, while encouraging love and respect for the gift of music.
