Winter schedules are being formed now, but we will be offering the following new music classes/sections, so drop us a line today if you would like to get on the list:

Vox Acapella: This is a vocal ensemble and class for adults, probably only an 8 or 9-week commitment. Learn new music and sills, have fun, make new friends, and sing in a great group. This will probably be a Wednesday evening class. We have a handful that have already requested slots, so drop us a line soon to get in. Space is limited.

Trumpet Lab: This is an ongoing class, but we have openings for a few serious trumpet students with at least two years of experience. This will probably be a Tuesday or Thursday late afternoon class. Class meets weekly all semester for one hour. Get the best of both worlds, the relational dynamic and personal attention of a private lesson coupled with the fun and dynamic experience of a small group. Hone your skills and chops. Play new and fun music for quartet and quintet. Space is limited.

Eastside Elements: This is an exciting class/ensemble for students with some experience. If you have been playing for a few years and can read music, you may be a fit. This is a beginning level ensemble. For most students this class would be a fit if you have about two years of experience on your instrument. We may have student mentors participating and helping as they are able as well. The focus will be on learning to play folk, blues, pop, and jazz song forms in an ensemble environment. Class will meet either Tuesday or Thursday afternoons. Limited openings available.

KAB for Teens (Keyboard for Absolute Beginners). KAB is a 9-week crash course in piano and keyboard. This is a home-school class that will meet Wednesday afternoons. Get the best of both worlds, the relational dynamic and personal attention of a private lesson coupled with the fun and dynamic experience of a small group. Begin playing songs this winter! GAB (Guitar for Absolute Beginners): GAB is a full semester class that will meet every week for an hour, led by our excellent, fun, and proven student teacher Ben Vincent. Get the best of both worlds, the relational dynamic and personal attention of a private lesson coupled with the fun and dynamic experience of a small group, and because this is a student teacher led class, save money on our elementary rate! Begin playing songs this winter! This home-school class will meet Tuesday afternoons.
